Applicants must be Qualified or have the ability to achieve the Halfords BCA qualification, have good influencing skills, be passionate about great customer service, confident and conscientious, have good communication and listening skills, good planning and organising skills, good attention to detail and able to work as a team player.

You will demonstrate that customers are your number one priority by delivering a quality and timely cycle build and repair service, right first time.

Whatever your experience if you've got a friendly, approachable personality, with a 'can do' attitude, then you're the type of person we are looking for.
